January 3, 2013 – To strengthen the effectiveness of our education modules and enhance Advisor understanding, AI Insight has added additional suitability questions to the master test and marked them as required in the core test.
All NEW program education modules are now populated with these additional regulatory and suitability questions. These new questions and answers are designed to highlight and emphasize certain key concepts used during the process of determining suitability. They will further assist Broker Dealers in complying with existing and future regulatory NTMs as they pertain to education and training of Advisors.
