On April 7, 2014, researchers disclosed a vulnerability in a technology called OpenSSL that powers encryption across much of the internet. The vulnerability is commonly known as the “OpenSSL Heartbleed Flaw.”
Our team took immediate action to ensure that AI’s infrastructure was secure against this flaw. Because AI Insight has been built utilizing the most current version of Microsoft Windows IIS (the web server software), we confirmed that the AI Insight system did not have, at any time, vulnerability to the Heartbleed bug. As a result, no corrective actions were required.
As always, we appreciate your ongoing support and confidence in the AI Insight team and are always working to provide exceptional service and communication.
